I think my essay was graded unfairly?

My essay was marked down for grammar mistakes while a fellow student received a higher grade than me, even though she had numerous run-on sentences and her essay was poorly written. I checked with my family and they all agreed that my essay had very few, if any, grammatical errors. Should I confront my teacher about this? My grade is borderline A and the end of the semester is coming up soon.
