Cheesecake Topping... Hershey's melted Chocolate.. good idea?

I think its a good idea. When you melt the chocolate I would make sure your cooking it in the microwave on medium heat cause it can scawled and burn pretty quick if you dont watch it. I would cook it for about 30sec at a time and take it out and stir it each time. Or you could use a double boiler method and take a pot and fill it just a little but with water and take a gl bowl and put it on top of the pot and pour and mixthe chocolate in the bowl. The steam heats up the bowl and its less likely to burn that way.
