Terrrible 2's- whats the best way to handle...?

Have you tried putting him in a time out or putting him in a corner? The next time he throws a toy, you take it away from him and you put him in a time out. You can sit him on a chair in a place where there is no distractions like the television or other kids. I find that sitting them in the corner makes them learn quicker! My nephew HATES when I have to set him in a corner.. so he knows not to misbehave.
