Name of fast song from "Carmen"?

I just heard a very fast, Spanish-sounding song that I believe is from Georges Bizet's "Carmen". It sounds like they use castanets in it. Evan Lysacek skated to it at the 2006 Olympics, but I can't figure out what it's called!
