Fellow packer fans (brett favre question)?

lets say brett favre was to ask the vikings to release him and he wanted to sign a 1 day contract with the packers in order to retire a packer FOR GOOD, my question is (once again not saying this is gonna happen) but it were to happen would you be for the decision to sign favre for this one day contract to let him retire a packer, or would you be against it and never want to see him anywhere near the packers organization because he is a traitor by putting on the purple and gold.
