Atheists, Would my reasoning resolve the "can god create a stone so heavy he can't lift it" paradox?

Honestly, any atheist who attacks the concept of omnipotence is missing the point entirely. God can be "all powerful" but still be constrained by logic. You still have to show us why there is any reason at all to believe in a supernatural, let alone your god.
