Is this work out plan over doing it?

You are way UNDERdoing the cardio. You should be doing at least 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week to lose any weight. You should also be doing half an hour of resistance exercises, so you're 9 minutes short in that area too.... your muscles should be sore. Once they're not sore anymore, you need to increase the intensity. You are not damaging your muscles just because they're a bit sore. Acute pain would indicate a pull or strain. But just kinda sore because you worked that is a GOOD thing. It's something you should be trying to achieve.
