Is Judge Deborah C. Schallcross of Tulsa, OK District Court Bias & Racist? Case No: 2008-01307?

In This Case the Judge threw a Black Nightclub Owner from New York, who was the undisputed majority shareholder of the Corporation out of the business that he built from the ground up! She did this because the Night club owner had taken on two White minority partners and later found out that they had extensive Criminal histories and wanted to sever the relationship. The Father and Son minority partners were arrested for operating an illegal prostitution ring in Scottsdale AZ, "Operation Out-call". Judge Schallross issued an injunction, when the two filed suit against the Black guy, with numerous unsubstantiated allegations of Fraud, Deceit, Mismanagement. ault. The Black, has no criminal history, or history of violence, whatsoever! The Father and Son duo, did not even have a signed contract. The Judge barred the black guy from entering the premises, the case is still pending, but the Judge denies all the Black guy's motions and grants every motion for the other side. The Judge becomes an advocate for the Plaintiffs at every opportunity!
