I have a question bout my suede 5inch highheel boots?

I just got them today, and there is a {gap} in weari put my foot, like inbetween my toe and heel also, i am new in heels and i can kinda stand in them, and the hurt at te ball of my feet, also are my toe joints supposed to hurt? they are 5inch heels & i have flat feet could that do something too, i really want to wear theese heels i love them, HOW do i wear them in please help me,.. i got them off of amiclubwear.com my freind on fb, said wear them for 2hrs and dayand i should be finne,,,, but i have No balance? i am really NEW to this,, also there a size 7 shoe?
