How to get a guy's attention?

I'm almost 12 and in 6th grade. I know this guy that's really cute... his name's Antoine I think he's French but looks Brazilian... he's really cute. I wear gles and sometimes when I smile my gums show it's not too bad but kinda awkward I have layered shoulder length brown hair. He's in the homeroom next to mine. Can you tell me how to get his attention? I don't want anything really serious but just to act really sweet and sit by me at lunch. The most serious I want to get is maybe like an occasional short kiss on the lips like less than a second. Can anybody help?? Maybe lip gloss or something... I'm considering a tiny bit of mascara and pale eyeshadow... please help me
