Has McCain the knowledge base of "conservatism" to coherently fight back Obama?

With all the voter fraud going on with the Democrats, I'm beginning to wonder if we have the ability to have a free and fair election. And I agree, McCain needs bullet lists -- not lengthy emotional speeches.
