Caught up...what to do? advise plz?

my bf and i have been dating for 2 yrs now(long distance)he's been sick ill since we began dating. i've never really met him but have seen him on cam occionally. we talk daily via phone and IMs. he's a decent guy.he says am his 1st priority and loves me more than his own life and even worships me.(he's 24 and im 23) he wants me moving in with him and occionally talks abt kids and marriage and settlement. he says he's never had before but can do it like 10 times daily... question is.. what can i do abt this situation coz i've never really met him??
