$4,500 bail for Obama's Governor? Why such little bail ?

This seems like such a huge deal. No flight risk on this guy? This is far worse than what OJ was sentenced for a few days ago. And how close are Obama and his Governor? Since it was his job to replace his spot how much sway does Obama have in this situation?
