28 weeks pregnant with a lazy partner!!?

I am 28 weeks pregnant and i just feel like i can take anymore. I have been with my partner for three years and in july we will be having our first child together which he wanted to try for . We have had our ups and downs like most couples but I have always hung in there and waited for things to get better. He always tells me that he is going to help to fix and arrange things but very rarely does. He work regular 8 hour days in a very easy enviroment. He comes home and just sits on his ****, he throws his clothes dirty/clean together on the floor , which means i have mive piles of clothes to wash constantly. He never washes a plates or pics up the hoover, he leaves tools from unfinished DIY jobs all over the house also he never gets outt of bed and expects me to mother ask him to stand up everyday. We also have a small dog and because i am pregnant the doctor had informed us that my partner must clean the poop because of the toxic plasma.he just won t do it. I really feel like i can t stand him anymore and i would be better off leaving him. All of the laziness when i really need him most is causing me to find him very unattractive and i love him less every day. I compiled a list of all the things that need to bee done before the baby arrives in 11 weeks. I could do everything 2 hours a day for 8 weeks or we could do it together in a week but he just wont pull his finger out his ****. Please could somebody give me some sensible advice as i feel like i have nowhere else to turn. Thank you .
